The Desperate Gourmet presents: Mexican Corn

Perfect quick side dish or snack for when you’re short of time, money and imagination. 

Note the choice of high quality ingredients

Boil frozen or fresh corn niblets and brown them in an oiled skillet. 

Roll corn in mayo and top with lime, cumin, onion powder, chile and (crushed) Pringles sour cream and onion potato chips.
